“Ed was extremely professional and caring during the whole process. Was very detailed on what he was going to perform and he followed through. Once he sent me his inspection report, he followed up and explained the report with anything I had questions with. A few days went by and I had more questions that came up and he was more than willing to still give me the same attention to detail.
